Job Description:

Should be familiar with all of the daily operations of the kitchen, and must be able to perform any task in the kitchen if needed. Ensures that all kitchen employees consistently adhere to uniform, grooming and appearance standards. Make sure that the guidelines from the Executive Chef are followed. Should Work with subordinates and lead them successfully into productive working methods by setting an example with professional and disciplinary habits. Assists the Executive Chef in the maintenance of product and supply inventories.
